Welcome to the archives of the Basket Historical Society.
The Society, which was organized in 1980, is dedicated to preserve, protect, present and publish the history of the following areas:
Acidalia, Basket, Buck Brook, Fernwood, Fremont Center, Hankins, Lakewood, Long Eddy, Mileses, Obernburg and Tennanah Lake in Sullivan County
And
East Branch, Fishes Eddy, Frenchwoods, Goulds, Lordville, Rock Valley and Pea Brook in Delaware County.
The Society, which was organized in 1980, is dedicated to preserve, protect, present and publish the history of the following areas:
